Cocoa sponge soaked in Cointreau, layered with a white and dark dessert chocolate mousse filled with raspberries. Wrapped in a delicate sponge.
“Royal Raspberry” gateau /68 zł kg
Chocolate-raspberry sponge layered with a delicate raspberry jelly accompanied by a chocolate mousse with raspberries.
“Orient Express” gateau /68 zł kg
Fresh strawberries flavoured with an aniseed-vanilla-cinnamon syrup layered with white chocolate zabaione.
