Tai Chi


It has long been known that Tai Chi and Chi Kung greatly help to improve and maintain fitness of the body and mind. Depending on the time we choose to practise - either morning or evening - we gain positive energy for the long day ahead or we relax and relieve ourselves of the day's stress.

Tai Chi looks like a dance. Participants in the sessions move about slowly, following their leader and synchronising their movement with breathing. Chi Kung is based on heuristic techniques. We position ourselves following the leader; maintaining such positions makes positive energy flow through the whole body, eliminates all blockades and finally gives complete relaxation.

The sessions are conducted by Wojciech Nawrocki, an experienced Tai Chi and Chi Kung trainer.

Tai Chi sessions are held on:
Fridays at 8 pm

Cost of each session: 30 PLN
