Every Sunday, we invite all enthusiasts of delicious and healthy cuisine to Restaurant “Pasjami...” in Hotel Rezydent Sopot for ,,all you can eat” Sunday buffets.

Taking care of our Guests` well-being, the Executive Chef will present different menu every week, always based on a selection of fresh fish, lean meat and vegetables.


In the program:
  • All you can eat formula between 13.00 and 16.30
  • Live piano music between 13.00 and 15.00

Price: 75zł / person

Price includes unlimited buffet dishes and soft drinks as well as a carafe 0,5L of house wine per two persons.
Surcharge to wine & beer open bar - 20 PLN / person.

Children up to to 3 years old - free of charge, from 4 to 8 - 35 zł, from 9 - 75 zł

Starters:

  • Rabbit terrine in bacon with horseradish sauce.
  • Pork neck baked in cumin with honey-mustard sauce.
  • Zander terrine with cucumber salsa
  • Fish ceviche with oranges and grapefruit,
  • Baked eggplant with caper salsa and parmesan.

Salads:

  • Garden salad with yoghurt sauce
  • Salad of baked fennel with nuts and fried squid
  • Carpaccio of tomato with pesto and lamb`s lettuce

Soups:

  • Cream of of sour cucumber

Main courses:

  • Baked tilapia with leek- and-crayfish sauce
  • Pork tenderloin with mushroom sauce.
  • Turkey breast in tomatoes with ripened cheese
  • FROM KITCHEN OF THE WORLD: Fajitas with grilled chicken breast, spicy vegetables and chili-majo sauce
  • Potatoes with sour cream
  • Carrots baked in oranges

Desserts:

  • Pears in caramel
  • Choice of cakes
  • Sliced fruits

Beverages:

  • Coffee, tea
  • Mineral water, fruit juices
