Every Sunday, we invite all enthusiasts of delicious and healthy cuisine to Restaurant “Pasjami...” in Hotel Rezydent Sopot for ,,all you can eat” Sunday buffets.

Taking care of our Guests` well-being, the Executive Chef will present different menu every week, always based on a selection of fresh fish, lean meat and vegetables.


In the program:
  • All you can eat formula between 13.00 and 16.30
  • Live piano music between 13.00 and 15.00

Price: 85zł / person

Price includes unlimited buffet dishes and soft drinks as well as a carafe 0,5L of house wine per two persons.
Surcharge to wine & beer open bar - 20 PLN / person.

Children up to to 3 years old - free of charge, from 4 to 8 - 40 zł, from 9 - 85 zł


Menu 19 January

Starters:

  • Pork loin sous – vide with salsa verde
  • Beef carpaccio with basil pesto, capers and rocket salad
  • Slices of smoked salmon with sour cream and dill
  • Marinated herring with walnut and dried tomatoes
  • Aubergine paste with Garlic and baked tortillas

Salads:

  • Grilled vegetables salad with halloumi cheese and pumpkin seeds
  • Caesar salad with chicken, bacon and croutons
  • Baby spinach salad with paprika, goat cheese and mustard dressing

Soups:

  • Cream of roast vegetables with herb oil

Main courses:

  • Sander fillet with chanterelles sauce
  • Pork escallops with leek and pepper sauce
  • Beef neck in its own juice
  • Roast potatoes with thyme
  • Gnocchi with roast nuts
  • Steamed brussels sprouts with garlic butter

Desserts:

  • Caramel tart with pears
  • Assortment of cocktail cakes
  • Sliced fruits

Beverages:

  • Coffee, tea
  • Mineral water, fruit juices
